Yes, a free plan is available, allowing you to track up to 5 Diabetes:M app Premium users.
How do invitations work?
If you are on one of our paid plans, you can now send monitoring invitations to both free and Premium Diabetes:M app users, immediately activating all Premium plan features when the user accepts (for free accounts).
What are additional Premium codes for users?
When you subscribe to one of our paid plans you receive a number of complimentary Premium codes for users. They are one-month Premium codes to unlock and test all features of the Diabetes:M mobile app.
What is Premium support?
A dedicated support specialist for all your Diabetes:M-related questions (only available for PRO and ENTERPRISE plans).
Do you offer discounts?
All annual subscription plans have a 20% discount on the regular monthly price.
We also offer discounts for NPOs. If you are a Nonprofit organization, please contact us for more information.
Do you offer corporate plans with extended functionality?
Our Enterprise plans offer a number of custom features, including a dedicated Account Manager, API integration, branding, priority support, personalized training, and others. Please contact us for more information.
How do I cancel my plan?
If you wish to cancel your plan, email us at support(at)diabetes-m.com at least 72 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being billed for the next cycle. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 30-day period. You will not incur additional charges. If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your annual period. Your annual subscription will not renew, and you will not incur additional charges.
How can I delete my data and my account?
Please send us a short message with your Diabetes:M ID and your request to delete your account at support(at)sirma-medical.com. After confirming the cancellation request with you, we will delete your account and all your data irrevocably.
